Is Amazon a reliable place to sell? the short answer: yes.
The long answer: that depends. There are many variables that go into a successful Amazon seller business, and factors that can make or break an Amazon seller. As with all crowded eCommerce platforms, Amazon is a huge draw for sellers.
However, that huge crowd, especially on the buyers side, may included spammers that may try and "hoodwink" sellers for refunds by taking advantage of the return period, claiming products arrived in poor condition, etc. Amazon has a tendency to side with its customers, and you'll need to always be on your guard to resolve negative reviews quickly before your account will be suspended (rightly or wrongly).
